Black Fog is an image of a liminal moment — a point of confrontation. Symmetry operates here as an archetype of the mirror: a space in which the psyche splits. It is a psychological encounter — the self facing itself. Consciousness confronted with what has been repressed.

The fog is not merely a background; it becomes the material of fear — dense, absorbing, and enclosing. In this confrontation, there is no question of one side prevailing over the other, but rather of acknowledging the existence of the shadow. The image holds the moment of tension — the second before the decision to enter the darkness or continue to flee from it.

It is a story about the courage to look inward, even if what is seen there takes away hope. For it is precisely in this place that transformation begins.
