The work is an homage to the sea — a primal matter, chaos, power, and wildness. The composition consists of planes made using crochet, knitting, and macramé techniques. The whole structure is strung onto a single tube, which gives it lightness and a sense of movement.

The sea is understood here not only as a force of nature, but also as a symbol of the collective unconscious, untamed freedom, and the immeasurable abundance of life. It is a mother in its primordial form — mysterious, unpredictable, at once protective and generative.

The inspiration comes both from its physical beauty and from Romantic seascapes, such as those by J. M. W. Turner, where light and water become a medium for emotion and reflection.
